Represents the item information in the response for delivery preview

`amount` (Amount ^required)	Amount information of the item
`itemIdentifier` (ItemIdentifier ^required)	An interface for item identifier. This item identifier can be from BwP or other platform such as SKU from e-commerce platform. Currently it support [BwP ID, SKU, MSKU, EXTERNAL_ID].
`quantity` (Quantity ^required)	Quantity information of the item
